Items for Hire

Costumes

Our Wardrobe has been expanding steadily and we can now offer for hire, or possibly for sale, costumes from most of our recent past shows. For example, we have sets of costumes from The Mikado (including ladies’ Geisha wigs), Princess Ida, The Gondoliers, Iolanthe (white dresses for fairies) and Guys and Dolls, (short red/white check skirts from ‘Bushel and a Peck,' and black wrap-around skirts and ‘mink’ stoles from ‘Take Back Your Mink’). We also have individual costumes suitable for various shows (eg Oklahoma ) concerts or pantomimes, some pretty full-length 60’s and 70’s dresses and men’s tailcoats.

Staging

BLOG owns an amount of wooden staging.The blocks are 4ft square, in two heights and can be stacked. They are ideal to create a platform, introduce different levels on a stage, or to provide tiers for a choir. The staging can be easily dismantled for transportation, and is for hire at very reasonable rates.

Props

Over the years, BLOG has amassed a huge variety of props, large and small, which we are happy to hire out at very reasonable rates.

Examples include:

Hat Boxes	Cardboard armour	Chairs, tables and benches
